I believe one of the most important connections we build is the one we have with ourselves. Strengthening that connection can be one of the hardest parts of the journey—and also one of the most rewarding.

I work with children, teens, adults, and couples navigating life transitions, trauma, faith transitions, attachment wounds, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, creative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with a focus on helping clients feel understood, build meaningful connections, and develop practical skills for navigating life.

I especially enjoy working with children and their caregivers. I use play therapy, Theraplay-informed techniques, and attachment-based approaches to support emotional regulation, strengthen parent-child relationships, and address anxiety and trauma. When working with children who are processing trauma, I may incorporate EMDR through developmentally appropriate storytelling and play.

My work draws from EMDR, Mind-Body Bridging, Attachment Theory, CBT, and DBT. I am also Level 1 trained in the Gottman Method for couples therapy. For clients who connect through creativity, I often incorporate art and other creative activities into the therapeutic process.

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Utah and a degree in Family Life from Brigham Young University.

Whether you’re seeking healing, personal growth, stronger relationships, or simply a better understanding of yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

I believe one of the most important connections we build is the one we have with ourselves. Stren... Read More
